Agent Commerce Layer

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

Name	Required	Description
`RAZORPAY_KEY_ID`	No	Test-mode payment links, checkout orders and refunds. Without it, orders still create; only the steps where money moves get skipped, by name.
`MARIGOLD_AGENT_KEY`	No	The same secret for Marigold. Without it, that shop answers 401 to everything.
`OPENROUTER_API_KEY`	No	Used by demo/buyer.py to drive the tool surface with a real LLM. Without it, everything else runs; only that script needs it.
`VOLTLINE_AGENT_KEY`	No	The same secret for Voltline. Without it, that shop answers 401 to everything.
`NORTHWIND_AGENT_KEY`	No	The shared secret Northwind authenticates the Layer with (SPEC.md §2.5). Without it, that shop answers 401 to everything, so search and orders skip it.
`RAZORPAY_KEY_SECRET`	No	The other half of the Razorpay credential. Without it, same behavior as missing RAZORPAY_KEY_ID.

Guidance the server publishes about itself, which clients place ahead of the tool catalog so the model reads it before choosing anything.

This server publishes no instructions, or was last inspected before Glama recorded them.
