| EMAIL_FROM | Yes | Sender email address on a domain verified in Resend. | |
| AUTH_SECRET | Yes | Secret used for Auth.js session encryption. Generate with `pnpm exec auth secret` or another cryptographically secure generator. | |
| DATABASE_URL | Yes | PostgreSQL connection string used by Prisma for persistence. | |
| RESEND_API_KEY | Yes | API key for Resend transactional email service. | |
| MCP_AUTH_ISSUER | Yes | Exact trusted OAuth authorization-server issuer. Local dev may use loopback HTTP; production must use HTTPS and no query or fragment. | |
| AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY | Yes | API key for Vercel AI Gateway. |
