How it works

1. Connect your Área do Investidor account (CPF + password; 2FA when B3 asks)
2. b3_get_patrimonio / b3_get_carteira / b3_get_posicao → consolidated portfolio snapshot
3. b3_list_proventos_recebidos / _a_receber → dividends and interest-on-equity
4. b3_list_negociacoes / b3_list_movimentacao → what came in and out over a period

B3 is the central securities depository: custody from all of your brokers is already consolidated there. That's why there's no "connect each broker" step — one connection covers the whole portfolio. Data is D-1 (previous close) and read-only — no tool places orders, transfers or changes anything.

Pairs with the Banco MCP (Open Finance) for the full picture: account and cards on one side, portfolio on the other.

Privacy & data protection

• Read-only, no tool changes data at the source.

• Sub-processors: B3 S.A. — Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, the LLM host you choose (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your own agent). Full list in docs/privacidade-lgpd.md.

• Data returned by the tools is sent to the LLM host you choose, a sub-processor outside our control. We recommend plans with training opt-out.

FAQ

Does this place buy or sell orders? No. All 14 tools are read-only. The MCP reads your custody at B3 — there's no broker or order routing in the path.

Do I have to connect each broker? No. B3 is the central depository: custody from all your brokers is already consolidated in Área do Investidor. One connection covers the whole portfolio.

Is the data real-time? No. Área do Investidor works with D-1 data (previous close). For live quotes, use a market-data source.

How does connecting with 2FA work? You provide CPF and password on the connect screen and, if B3 asks for a verification code, the dashboard prompts you for it right there and finishes the connection. The credential is encrypted and you can disconnect whenever you want at app.mcp.ai.

Is the server open source? The server is proprietary (hosted). This repository is the public wrapper with manifests, docs and skill, all MIT.
