Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`X402_PAY_TO`	No	Your receiving address for x402 payments (use a fresh wallet). Required if PAYMENT_MODE is 'x402'.
`PAYMENT_MODE`	No	Payment mode for the self-hosted server. Use 'none' for free mode or 'x402' for x402 payments. Defaults to 'none' (free mode).	none
`BASE_RPC_URLS`	No	Comma-separated Base RPC URLs. Defaults to public Base RPCs.
`X402_PRICE_USD`	No	Price per call in USD for x402 payments.
`ETHERSCAN_API_KEY`	No	Optional Etherscan API key for enhanced functionality.
`FREE_CALLS_PER_IP`	No	Number of free calls allowed per IP address before payment is required.
`X402_FACILITATOR_URL`	No	The x402 facilitator URL. Defaults to the keyless PayAI facilitator; Coinbase CDP facilitator also works.
