Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?
Annotations already declare destructiveHint=true and idempotentHint=true, so the description doesn't need to repeat those. It adds minor context about clearing sensitive data, but goes no further in describing side effects, error behavior, or requirements. This is adequate given the annotation coverage, but not exceptional.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
